Starting from 1 December 2022, it will be possible for companies in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region to apply for non-repayable contributions in favor of companies intended to promote the internationalization of the business models of the regional production system and to encourage the processes of digital internationalization aimed at growth and affirmation on global markets through the implementation of projects aimed at developing their presence on foreign markets.

Who can request the contribution?
Companies having their economic activity headquarters in the regional territory, registered in the Companies Register, active and which are not in a state of dissolution or voluntary liquidation and are not subject to insolvency proceedings, can request and benefit from contributions for internationalisation, unless the case of the composition with creditors with business continuity.
What are the eligible expenses?
The following initiatives are eligible:
a) participation in fairs and exhibitions, promotional activities, marketing, protection of intellectual property, management;
b) digital internationalisation.
Is there a minimum expense that my business must bear?
The maximum intensity of the contribution is equal to 50 percent of the eligible expenditure, unless the beneficiary has requested a lower intensity. The maximum amount of the grant that can be granted is equal to 100,000.00 euros. The minimum eligible spending limit is 15,000.00 euros. In addition to expenses incurred after the submission of the application, expenses incurred starting from 1 January of the year preceding the year in which the application was submitted are also eligible for contribution.
If the application is submitted by 31 December 2022, expenses incurred from 1 January 2021 will be considered eligible, while in the event that the application is submitted from 1 January 2023, only expenses incurred from 1 January will be considered eligible. 2022.
How do I go about submitting the application?
The questions for the Internationalization Competition of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region can be presented to the territorially competent chamber of commerce, exclusively via PEC to the relevant address indicated in the Notice itself, starting from 10.00 am on 1 December 2022 and until 4.00 pm on 31 January 2023.
The evaluation of each individual project takes place in the preliminary phase according to the criteria of the evaluation form referred to in Annex B of Regulation 127/2022. If the score is equal, the applications are ranked in ascending order of intensity of help requested.
The internationalization project is implemented and reported within a maximum of 18 months from notification of the granting of the contribution.
