The tender of the Emilia-Romagna Region is now open: don't miss the opportunity to sell abroad!

The current economic context is particularly favorable for Made in Italy: our exports show important signs of growth and the demand for Italian products around the world increases. This is therefore the most suitable moment for companies that want to go abroad!

In this regard, the Emilia-Romagna Region has prepared a very interesting announcement which provides for the allocation of 10 million euros towards individual companies and business networks that intend to sell on international markets: it will be possible to apply from 10 am on 15 March 2016 until 4 pm on 30 September 2016.  

Emilia-Romagna Region tender: who can apply?

In particular, the call is aimed at businesses and networks with registered office or operating unit in Emilia Romagna, active for at least two years e with a minimum turnover of 700,000 Euros. Specifically, they will be able to apply:

• non-exporting SMEs (i.e. those that have not carried out direct sales of their products or services abroad in the last two years) or non-habitual exporters (those that in the last two years have carried out direct sales of their products or services abroad for less than 10% of their total turnover);
• non-exporting or non-habitual exporting business networks.

Emilia-Romagna Region tender: what is the amount?

The non-repayable contribution will be:

• equal to 50% of eligible expenditure e up to a maximum of 100,000 euros, for the single companies;
• always corresponding to 50% of groceries and with a maximum allowable equal to 400,000 Euros, in the case of projects submitted by business networks.

It is specified that it is a notice at the door with scoring and it will therefore be very important to prepare with due timing in order to submit your application as soon as possible.
