How to start a successful internationalization project? And how to define access and development strategies on international markets? Companies, in today's economic context, increasingly feel the need to sell abroad and to know and learn the best techniques to deal with a similar process.

With the aim of answering these questions and supporting companies interested in launching internationalization projects, Confindustria Forlì-Cesena has entrusted itself to Octagona (which can boast 15 years of experience in the internationalization sector and is accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development, the Emilia Romagna Region and the Lombardy Region for the provision of services of this type), for carrying out the seminar "How sell successfully on foreign markets and effectively manage operational activities” organized by the same association. The seminar is scheduled on October 26 in Forlì at the headquarters of Confindustria (via Punta di Ferro, 2/a).

In particular, Alessandro Fichera, Managing Director of Octagona, e Louis Stay, Associate Consultant of Octagona, they will deepen during the seminar (which will start at 9 am until 12 am) the following topics:

• The reasons for an internationalization process;
• Internationalization strategies;
• Internationalize methodically;
• New tools to face the markets.
