Also this year, as done in 2020 and 2021, Octagona will hold a lecture on business internationalization at CIS, and precisely for the International Management course. The course lecturer will be Alessandro Fichera, Managing Director of Octagona, in a series of meetings that will begin on Tuesday 29 November and end on Thursday 15 December 2022.
The training days will focus on extremely topical issues: in today's international context, to compete with companies from all over the world and preside over foreign markets, planning skills, business strategy and analytical skills are required. The course will focus on these topics and in particular on the following aspects:
- November 29, 2022: Business Strategy e Business Model Canvas;
- December 1, 2022: Internationalization Radar and Identification of Target Countries;
- December 6, 2022: International Marketing, Value Creation and Digital Export;
- December 7, 2022: Entry Strategies and economic aspects related to foreign development;
- December 13, 2022: The Business Plan;
- December 15, 2022: Export plan.
