Companies, consortia for internationalization and business networks (consisting of at least 3 companies), with legal or operational headquarters in the Emilia-Romagna Region

SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION

It is possible to apply starting from 9 am on 3 February 2020 until 5 pm on 13 March. The evaluation procedure will be over the counter. 

INTERVENTIONS FINANCED

The eligible expenses for the realization of the projects include:

• expenses for products and services aimed at organizing events and some promotion initiatives;
• The rental cost of the area used for the promotion initiative;
• the costs associated withsetting up the area;
• The transportation of materials and products;
• the cost of hostesses and interpreters;
• the cost for the production of promotional materials in English to be carried out for the promotion of the initiative, (10% of the total cost of the project).

The activities concern exclusively the territory of the United Arab Emirates in conjunction with the event.

THE CONTRIBUTIONS EXPECTED

The minimum cost of the project when submitting the loan application you must:

• 15,000 euros for projects submitted by businesses singles;
• 20.000 Euros for business networks;
• 40,000 euros for the consortia for internationalization.

The regional contribution will be granted on a non-repayable basis in maximum size of the 50% of eligible expenses e will not Anyway overcome the value of:

• 30,000 euros for singles businesses;
• 50,000 euros for business networks;
• 80,000 euros for the consortia.
