The Regional Call, launched byllto Emilia-Romagna Region, per progetti di promozione dell’export e per la partecipazione ad eventi fieristici 2020 and Octagona can offer you the economic contribution and specialist support that's right for you.

Starting from 13 May and until 19 July 2019, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with operational headquarters in Emilia-Romagna will be able to submit the application to obtain the grant provided by the Region, which it has made available 3.000.000 € to finance participation in international fairs and export consultancy services. La procedura valutativa sarà a sportello e resterà aperta fino ad esaurimento risorse.

THE MAIN FEATURES

1. The projects presented must foresee necessarily:

• there partecipazione come espositori ad almeno 3 fiere all’estero (or 2 fairs and 1 promotional event) with international or national qualification;
• at least 1 of the following external consultancy services aimed at: obtaining export certifications; get the trademark registration in a foreign market; research potential customers or distributors e assistere l’impresa nella organization of meetings during trade fairs.

2. The contribution regionale sarà a fund lost e coprirà il 30% delle spese ammissibili fino ad un massimo di 30.000 € (120.000 € in caso di Reti d’impresa).

3. Eligible expenses, che si riferiscono ad attività svolte tra il 01/01/2020 e il 31/12/2020 sono:

• costo dell’area espositiva;
• expenses for the design, preparation and management of the stand;
• expenses of consulenza per la ricerca di partner commerciali o industriali, agenti, buyers e per l’organizzazione di incontri d’affari all’interno del contesto fieristico;
• expenses of consultancy for obtaining certifications per l’export e per la brand protection in the markets where the exhibition or promotional events will be held.
