Modula SpA opens its office in India thanks to Octagona

Modula SpA in India is configured as a company dedicated to the design and production of automatic vertical warehouses, capable of proposing solutions for automated storage, e has decided to start an internationalization process with the aim of supporting its customers on the Indian market, offering them constant support.

Octagona, through its own Indian structure, managed all the settlement process:

• carrying out all the bureaucratic procedures e preparing the necessary documentation for the opening of the company in India, in order to guarantee its full operation;
• by opening a current account and implementing a coordination activity with the bank;
• taking care of registration of licenses;
• providing constant operational support;
• providing ongoing assistance even in its post-constitution phases, through activities of administrative and legal support.

Specifically, the Subsidiaries, named Modula Automated Warehouses India Pvt. Ltd, was activated in early June in Bangalore (in the State of Karnataka), which is configured as the third Indian metropolis by number of population and as an important commercial hub and manufacturing hub in the country.

Today Octagona configures itself as real point of reference for the success of Modula's activities in the Subcontinent.
