Octagona, a consulting firm specialized in the implementation of internationalization processes, and Bonfiglioli Consulting, consultancy firm specializing in the Lean Thinking and Lean World Class® managerial approach, announce that they have signed the agreement for the acquisition by Bonfiglioli Consulting of a minority stake equal to 10% of Octagona. With this agreement, shared resources grow a 80 professionals and the principals of the two companies in the world become nine: Carpi, Bologna, Milan, Padua (Italy), New Delhi, Bangalore (India), Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Belo Horizonte (Brazil).
It is a beneficial agreement for both parties: Bonfiglioli Consulting, after having already embarked on a path of growth beyond the border in 2008 with the entry into the international consultancy network Cordence Worldwide, strengthens its position on international markets with the aim of further increasing its turnover from abroad, which today reaches 40% of the total; Octagona, for its part, increases the already significant presence at national level, also acquiring the know-how and experience of one of the few wholly Italian consultancy firms, focused on the Lean Thinking managerial approach.

The agreement between Bonfiglioli and Octagona goes precisely in this direction, that is to say support companies that want to take advantage of the opportunities of globalization. In addition to the acquisition (through capital increase) of a minority stake in Octagona by Bonfiglioli Consulting, the partnership envisages the sharing of all the offices of the two companies, the sharing of development programs for reciprocal customers, an integration process management between the two consulting platforms and support for the international development of Bonfiglioli Consulting, thanks to the foreign structures of Octagona.
