Strategy and Action

Octagona, together with the Octagona India team in New Delhi, coordinated, planned and supervisedthe entire internationalization project:

completing all necessary paperwork;
providing the necessary documentation for the establishment of the company to ensure its full operation;
supporting the opening of the checking account and performing coordination with the bank;
dealing with registration of licenses ;
providing constant operational support;
providing ongoing assistance towards the client company even in the post-establishment stages, through administrative and legal support activities.

Results Obtained

The following results were achieved in the course of the project:

Modula Automated Warehouses India Pvt. Ltd. has been activated in Bangalore (Karnataka state);
Today the company is overseen by Octagona in relation to administrative, legal and corporate activities and Octagona now stands as a true point of reference for MODULA's business in India.
