How do you prepare a Business Plan? Octagona talks about it in the course organized by ICE

THE prodotti “Made in Italy” they are famously attractive to consumers around the world: la qualità, il design, la ricercatezza, l’attenzione per i dettagli, l’innovazione e la bellezza sono tutte caratteristiche che fanno sì che i prodotti italiani siano tra i più apprezzati sul mercato. Le aziende non dovrebbero dunque perdere le opportunità che il mercato globale è in grado di offrire, soprattutto in un contesto come quello attuale in cui l’export italiano attraversa una fase particolarmente favorevole.

Just taking this aspect into consideration, l’ICE extension (Agenzia per la promozione all’estero e l’internazionalizzazione delle imprese italiane) in collaborazione con la Autonomous Region of Sardinia, ha rinnovato anche per quest’anno l’appuntamento formativo “ICE Export Lab Sardinia”, che ha l’obiettivo di to support Sardinian companies in theirs export processes. The course, aimed at a total of 50 between micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, consortia, business networks and formally constituted ATIs, has a duration of 9 months and takes place in the offices of Cagliari and Sassari, articolandosi in tre diverse fasi: formazione in aula, affiancamento e incubazione all’estero.

Also on the occasion of this edition, ad Octagona (azienda che opera da 16 anni nel settore dell’internazionalizzazione, accreditata dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico for the provision of Temporary Export Management services nell’ambito del bando lanciato dallo stesso MISE) è stata affidata la docenza relativa al Business Plan, che si svolgerà a Sassari on 8 and 9 March, at the headquarters of Confindustria Central-North Sardinia.

The lectures of Alessandro Fichera, Managing Director of Octagona, will focus on the following topics:

• Differences between internationalization and export;
• The concepts and value to be taken into consideration when building a Business Plan;
• Market selection: choice of variables and analysis model;
• Modelli di business ed attività operative in ambito export;
• Il Business Plan: Perché serve? Come strutturarlo?
• Starting a practical case.
