It has officially become operating the interministerial decree with which the Minister of Economic Development (MISE) reformed the subsidized loans for internationalization based on the Revolving Fund Law 394/81: this is an important measure intended to support Italian companies in selling abroad. In fact, the publication of Circulars no. 4/2016, 5/2016 and 7/2016 of the Facilitation Committee at SIMEST, in implementation of the decree of 7 September 2016 relating to the reform of financial instruments in support of the internationalization of companies.
The Revolving Fund provides for various types of interventions for SMEs in markets outside the European Union. Specifically, the most interesting innovations concern participation in trade fairs and exhibitions: in fact, it will be possible to participate in several trade fair events even in the same country at no cost and with a maximum limit of the loan equal to 100,000 euros!
The expenses eligible for funding these are expenses for the exhibition area, logistical expenses, promotional expenses, expenses for consultancy connected to participation in the single fair.
