In addition, they must fall within <strong data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1723\">at least one<\/strong> Of these \u201cIndia-linked\u201d conditions:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"2110\">\n<li data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1867\">\n<p data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1867\"><strong data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1789\">Investment plan<\/strong> providing <strong data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1819\">at least the 30%<\/strong> of eligible expenses <strong data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1853\">in India<\/strong>; <strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1865\">or<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1989\">\n<p data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1989\"><strong data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1895\">Export to India<\/strong> \u2265 <strong data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1904\">2%<\/strong> of turnover (or stable presence in India, including through subsidiary); <strong data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"1987\">or<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2110\">\n<p data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2110\"><strong data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2014\">Import from India<\/strong> (raw materials, components, goods) \u2265 <strong data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2057\">2%<\/strong> Of turnover.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2403\">\n<p data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2403\">Note: Sectoral and compliance exclusions are provided (e.g., certain agricultural\/typical activities, sectors prohibited by EU rules, sanctioned entities, etc.). Audits <strong data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2291\">anti-mafia<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2307\">environmental<\/strong> and of <strong data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2332\">DURC regularity<\/strong> apply throughout the process.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Eligible capital goods or conversion of existing ones.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2778\">\n<p data-start=\"2630\" data-end=\"2778\"><strong data-start=\"2630\" data-end=\"2644\">Technologies<\/strong>: hardware, software, digital integration, cybersecurity, analytics, cloud\/fog, augmented\/virtual reality, robotics, additive, AI.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2849\">\n<p data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2849\"><strong data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2811\">Efficiency and sustainability<\/strong> (environmental\/social improvements).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2953\">\n<p data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2953\"><strong data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2880\">New facilities in India<\/strong> (purchase\/lease\/adaptation) or upgrading of existing facilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2954\" data-end=\"3097\">\n<p data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"3097\"><strong data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"2986\">Capital strengthening<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3034\">capital payments\/shareholder financing<\/strong> In favor of subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3099\" data-end=\"3186\">B) Expenses related to development in the Indian market (up to the <strong data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3172\">40%<\/strong> of the project)<\/p>\n<ul or India) and <strong data-start=\"3226\" data-end=\"3241\">insertion<\/strong> of personnel (including travel, entry, regularization paperwork, medical examinations, uniforms).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3339\" data-end=\"3455\">\n<p data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3455\"><strong data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3381\">Apprenticeship\/trainee contracts<\/strong> for personnel from India (with constraints on duration\/program).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3456\" data-end=\"3579\">\n<p data-start=\"3458\" data-end=\"3579\"><strong data-start=\"3458\" data-end=\"3496\">Temporary
