L\u2019azienda (che si occupa di internazionalizzazione da circa 15 anni, con sedi in Italia, India, Vietnam e Brasile ed una serie di collaborazioni strategiche in tutto il mondo) <strong>has<\/strong> in fact <strong>supported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.assolodi.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assolodi<\/a><\/strong>, an association that emerges as a dynamic entity in the province of Lodi capable of bringing together local companies operating in a diverse range of sectors (food, chemical, engineering, transportation, construction, etc.), <strong>nell\u2019organizzazione di una importante<\/strong> <strong>Business Mission<\/strong> which took place <strong>in India from March 15 to 17<\/strong> last: mission objectives, support the <strong>Business growth of member companies<\/strong> to Assolodi and facilitate business and institutional relations between the association itself, Lodi area organizations and Indian companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>India now represents the most attractive platform to export to in the entire Asian landscape<\/strong>, considering not only the enormous potential for growth but also the reforms that the New Delhi government is implementing in order to create an increasingly international and <i>business friendly<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was therefore a <strong>operation<\/strong> very important, <strong>forward-looking and illustrative of what Italian companies should be doing<\/strong>, mainly for two reasons: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilsole24ore.com\/art\/impresa-e-territori\/2016-02-16\/made-italy-oltre-400-miliardi-095856.shtml?uuid=ACKiGMVC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">made in Italy is going through a decidedly positive moment<\/a> and there is a growing hunger for our products in the world; the national production fabric is characterized by a myriad of small businesses that are not always able to go abroad on their own, so carrying out such activities in an aggregative manner is a very valid option for facilitating export processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Octagona was responsible for the complete organization, preparation and management of the Business Mission<\/strong>: initially, \u00a0<strong>by performing a<\/strong> <strong>pre-screening phase<\/strong>, meeting individually with member companies interested in India and preparing an evaluative analysis of them (in order to understand which ones had suitable characteristics); next, <strong>Taking care of the accompanying action of 5 member companies<\/strong>, selecting and <strong>contacting Indian companies<\/strong> potential partners and arranging meetings with them, willing to meet with Assolodi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Specifically, <strong>A presentation meeting took place on the first day<\/strong> at the headquarters of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce) among local industrial associations (including Invest India, represented by Mr. Dushyant Thakor, Advisor), representatives of the Assolodi delegation (including Dr. Carlo Gendarini, President of the Lodi Chamber of Commerce), local government officials, representatives of the Italian Embassy in Delhi (Dr. Luigi Estero, First Counselor), potentially interested Indian companies, and Octagona staff members: it was an important <strong>opportunity for confrontation<\/strong> in which the Italian delegation illustrated the opportunities offered by the Lodi area to potential investors; there was also an interesting educational insight into New Delhi's initiatives aimed at facilitating the <i>doing business<\/i> and on legal, customs and cultural issues related to the local market. The meeting closed with a <strong>session of <i>networking<\/i> among the various participants<\/strong>, in which representatives of the 5 companies in the Assolodi delegation were able to sound out business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>During the second and third days, Octagona followed the companies as they met throughout the Subcontinent<\/strong> (New Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Noida, Ahmedabad, Chennai): in this regard, well <strong>43 meetings<\/strong> <strong>at Indian companies<\/strong> potentially affected and were carried out <strong>14 visits to different stores and shopping centers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>India today has returned to growth at high rates<\/strong> and Italian companies are looking with increasing interest to the Subcontinent, especially in light of the recent difficulties experienced by China.
