{"id":3469,"date":"2017-02-23T14:22:54","date_gmt":"2017-02-23T13:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.octagona.com\/?p=3469"},"modified":"2025-05-29T15:00:17","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T15:00:17","slug":"young-entrepreneurs-confindustria-veneto-do-business-india-octagona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/octagona.com\/en\/giovani-imprenditori-confindustria-veneto-fanno-business-india-octagona\/","title":{"rendered":"Confindustria Veneto's Young Entrepreneurs do business in India with Octagona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019<strong>India<\/strong> today is <strong>the market that offers the most business opportunities globally<\/strong> and that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tgcom24.mediaset.it\/economia\/economie-emergenti-in-difficolta-nel-2016-ma-non-l-india_3054200-201702a.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>with the highest growth rate among all the BRICs<\/strong>: <\/a>India's economy, in fact, recorded a <strong>+7.6% in 2016<\/strong> and in the coming years it will grow steadily, stabilizing around +7.8%, driven by the growth of the middle class, increased domestic consumption and excellent demographics (India ranks among the youngest countries in the world).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based on these premises, the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.confindustria.veneto.it\/confindustria\/veneto\/contents.nsf\/FedPages\/403A6F9E24AADA69C1257CE7002E7B7E?openDocument\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Veneto<\/a><\/strong>, an association that brings together companies and entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 40 from the Veneto Region and members of Confindustria, with the aim of promoting Made in Italy in the world, <strong>organized a Business Mission to the Subcontinent Feb. 20-24 aimed at understanding the business opportunities present, facilitating commercial and institutional relations between its member companies and Indian companies, and supporting their business<\/strong>. \u00a0<i>\u201c<strong>We cannot miss the opportunities in the Indian market<\/strong><\/i> \u2013 <strong>Giordano Riello, president of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Veneto, stresses.<\/strong>, a guida della delegazione \u2013 <i>India, unlike the other BRIC countries, is not stopping its growth path, and the market outlook is extremely favorable, especially for companies from Veneto. In fact, in 2015 Veneto's exports to the Subcontinent posted a spectacular +13.3%, compared to the national +10.3%, and the companies in our association are signaling an increasingly strong interest in this market.\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Business Mission unfolded through 5 days in the cities of New Delhi, Pune and Mumbai<\/strong> and saw the <strong>participation of 10 companies<\/strong> associated with the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Veneto. They were held: <strong>company visits<\/strong> at CNH India and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rilievi.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Survey India<\/a>; <strong>b2b meetings with already identified and selected Indian companies<\/strong> previously and potentially interested in the products of participating companies; <strong>institutional meetings<\/strong> at the Italian Embassy in New Delhi and at the Italian Consulate General in Mumbai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/octagona.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Octagona<\/a><\/strong> (a company that has been involved in internationalization for about 15 years and is present in India with direct offices in New Delhi and Bangalore, as well as a supplier accredited by MISE, the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Lombardy Region for the provision of internationalization services) <strong>Supported the Young Entrepreneurs Group in the preparation and management of the mission<\/strong>, dealing especially with the <strong>selection and identification of Indian enterprises<\/strong> potential partners, and of the\u2019<strong>action of<\/strong> <strong>Accompanying and organizing meetings of the 10 member companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The operation represents a <strong>excellent example of what Italian companies should do<\/strong> mainly for two reasons: the\u2019<strong>India<\/strong> can be regarded as the<strong> market of the future<\/strong> and the <strong>made in Italy exerts a strong influence in the Asian country<\/strong>, especially with regard to the high demand for Italian technology, which is among the most valued in the Subcontinent.
