{"id":8320,"date":"2020-04-09T11:13:36","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T11:13:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.octagona.com\/?p=8320"},"modified":"2026-10-22T18:21:07","modified_gmt":"2026-10-22T16:21:07","slug":"internationalization-funding-decree","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/octagona.com\/en\/decreto-finanziamenti-internazionalizzazione\/","title":{"rendered":"ITALIAN GOVERNMENT, DECRETO DEL 6 APRILE 2020 \u2013 Covid19 FINANCING FOR THE INTERNATIONALIZATION OF BUSINESSES AND OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\">With the speech delivered on the evening of April 6th, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte officially launched what he himself defined as a bazooka to support the Italian economy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The emergency maneuver, which overall will involve the movement of 750 billion euros, will among other things contain tax breaks for businesses and protection for what is defined as the \u2018Golden Power\u2019\u2014in other words, the strengths of our domestic economy, made up of all those companies operating in key sectors for our nation, which, in the event of a \u2019takeover\u2019 or hostile bids by foreign companies, would destabilize and impoverish the country.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>WHAT CHANGES WITH THIS DECREE, WHAT ARE THE NEW FEATURES:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\">To the 350 Billion Euros allocated in the first place, and the money allocated in aid to the domestic economic system,<strong> An additional 200 billion are being added to support exports for domestic businesses<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\">We are waiting to read the details of the Decree, but in summary the State will ensure funds to cover capital loans.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\">This will ensure that the companies themselves have direct and protected access to loans of up to 800,000 to 5 million (varying depending on the size of the companies) with a 90% state coverage protection and guarantee.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>EXPORT, THIS UNKNOWN :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Italy is going through a stormy period, and in the storm, we have the advantage of having arrived \u2018before the others\u2019 in Europe.
