operational headquarters in Lombardy.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>ELIGIBLE PROJECTS<\/strong>:<br \/>Le aziende potranno presentare progetti relativi all\u2019apertura e\/o al consolidamento di un canale commerciale per l\u2019export dei propri prodotti tramite l\u2019accesso a <strong>specialized services for b2b and\/or b2c online sales<\/strong>:<br \/>forniti da terze parti, che siano retailer, marketplace o servizi di vendita privata, a condizione che la transazione commerciale avvenga tra l\u2019azienda e l\u2019acquirente finale; realizzati all\u2019interno del portale aziendale proprietario.<br \/>Al termine delle attivit\u00e0 previste, i progetti dovranno aver dimostrato l\u2019avvio dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 di vendita online salvo che l\u2019impresa, in fase di descrizione del progetto, sia in grado di dimostrare che la tipologia di prodotti e\/o mercato <br \/>di riferimento rendano impossibile o non conveniente l\u2019effettuazione delle transazioni commerciali online.<br \/>In questo ultimo caso, il portale e-commerce dovr\u00e0 quanto meno permettere la possibilit\u00e0 di richiedere un preventivo o un ordine di acquisto.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>ELIGIBLE EXPENSES<\/strong><br \/>The following items of expenditure are eligible for support:<br \/><strong>a)<\/strong> Access to <strong>online sales services <\/strong>On the chosen channels;<br \/><strong>b) Analisi di fattibilit\u00e0<\/strong> of the project, with particular reference to the needs for administrative, organizational, training, logistical adjustment, and acquisition of tools and services;<br \/><strong>c)<\/strong> <strong>Organization of specific training interventions<\/strong> staff <br \/>(up to a maximum limit of 20% of the sum of the remaining expenditure items);<br \/><strong>d)<\/strong> Acquisition and use of forms of <strong>smart payment<\/strong>;<br \/><strong>(e) Implementation of a communication strategy<\/strong>, information and promotion for the digital export channel, <br \/>with specific reference to the product portfolio, foreign markets and online sales sites chosen;<br \/><strong>f)<\/strong> Design, development and\/or maintenance of <strong>e-commerce systems<\/strong> owners (sites and\/or mobile apps)<br \/>including synchronization with marketplace channels provided by third parties;<br \/><strong>g)<\/strong> Design, development and\/or maintenance of <strong>AR Business platforms<\/strong> commerce, ad esempio simulatori 3D olografici che permettano di visualizzare gli ambienti (es. per mostrare la propria operative del canale digitale di vendita <\/strong>chosen and their CRM systems;<br \/><strong>k)<\/strong> <strong>Trademark protection and\/or registration <\/strong>and\/or items included in the product portfolio in the chosen target markets;<br \/><strong>l) Campagna digital marketing ed attivit\u00e0 di promozione<\/strong> on digital channels (up to a maximum limit of 20% of the sum of the
