On the occasion of Franchise India 2011, the most important international Franchising and Retail trade fair held in New Delhi last December, Octagona made an important agreement with Happy Times Solutions and Franchise India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Happy Times Solutions \u00e8 un\u2019azienda Italiana avente sede a Milano che opera nel segmento Food & Ice Cream; mentre Franchise India (organizzatrice tra l\u2019altro della Fiera Franchise India) \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 grande azienda integrata in grado di fornire soluzioni in franchising in Asia, con cui gi\u00e0 nei mesi precedenti Octagona aveva firmato un accordo in esclusiva per il mercato Indiano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Specifically, Happy Time Solutions, with a view to expanding its international activities, has taken the important decision to land on the Indian market in order to ensure a more widespread presence in foreign markets, and in particular in new global markets characterized by significant economic growth. The company intends to develop the Ci Gusta! brand, an ice cream and pastry food franchise that also gives great attention to the savory world and is already present in Italy and Northern Europe and in some countries outside the EU such as Saudi Arabia and Singapore: precisely for the launch of the franchising project, Happy Times Solutions has decided to use the services of Octagona and Franchise India, setting up a Joint Venture whose objective is aimed at the search for potential <em>franchisee<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two Italian companies expressed their satisfaction. During an interview granted to an Indian media outlet, Dario Rabboni, CEO of Happy Times Solutions and Alessandro Fichera, Sole Director of Octagona, highlighted that Ci Gusta! will be the first authentic Italian experience food chain in India and the Joint Venture that has been implemented will be able to provide a great deal of support in creating a unique platform for Ci Gusta! not only for the Indian market but also for other Asian and Middle Eastern countries such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tratta dunque di un progetto davvero importante ed ambizioso che integra le capacit\u00e0 e le competenze di tre imprese con diversi anni di esperienza nei loro rispettivi settori.
