The need to support its clients in foreign markets, and particularly in new global markets characterized by significant economic growth, made this transition necessary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regarding the Indian market, Sag Group deemed it appropriate to establish its presence through a 50\/50 joint venture with Hy-Tech Engineers, an Indian manufacturer of fittings that is very active in the local market. The new company, named Sag Hy-Tech Tubes Pvt. Ltd., will be headquartered in Pune, and its production facility will cover at least 1000 square meters. The joint venture's strategy includes processing hydraulic components for the local market, initially in the agricultural and earthmoving sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The strategy regarding the Turkish market is different: entry into the country's market will be direct, with the establishment of a company under local law in Istanbul: Sag Hidrolik Ticaret Sanayi Limited \u00deirketi. Sag Group is already present in Turkey and has several clients, including Turk Traktor. The production facility, located near the capital's main airport, will be over 2000 square meters in this case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Octagona played a fundamentally important role. Italian companies today must necessarily engage with emerging countries to avoid being crushed by new economic and commercial dynamics and to remain competitive in the face of new demands and requirements from a market that increasingly pushes for business internationalization. For Italian SMEs, the path to access and develop in new global realities is always very complex, making external support essential.
