With the aim of expanding and broadening its consulting and commercial activities, and providing greater support to companies wishing to undertake an internationalization project, Octagona has devised a new service: My Access. This is an innovative system for the growth of Italian companies that want to access new markets and consolidate their business abroad, enabling them to compete in international markets with a local presence.<\/p>\n

One of the main problems companies face when accessing foreign markets is the inability to hire local staff and rent offices or premises if they lack a recognized legal structure in the destination country. Companies without a liaison office, branch office, or registered company therefore suffer significant operational limitations. Entering a new country presents inherently complex challenges, and the lack of a local operational base constrains companies' ability to act.<\/p>\n

For this reason, Octagona has designed a service package capable of overcoming the problem, aimed at achieving concrete results in foreign markets. MyAccess is configured as an \u201call-inclusive\u201d service package that guarantees the company access, development, and consolidation in a foreign market through its own on-site resource, while controlling development costs. It is an outsourcing service at Octagona's local office consisting of the selection and hiring of the necessary human resources for the company, providing adequate and equipped office space (PC, phone, internet, stationery, meeting room, etc.).<\/p>\n

My Access is divided into two different phases and types of services: OnSite and MyOffice.<\/p>\n

OnSite is established as a structured service aimed at fostering internationalization through an operational platform that supports the company's startup in foreign markets. Once guidelines and objectives are defined, the client company fully entrusts Octagona with the hiring and management of payroll<\/em> of a resource to which, at its own expense, it entrusts the task of managing the area in the name and on behalf of the client company.<\/p>\n

This involves hiring a mid-to-high level managerial resource (depending on the client's needs), with sufficient experience in the specific sector, who will become the company's point of reference for operational management in the market. They will operate within the assigned local context and report to both the company contact person and Octagona's operational manager. This hiring is made based on specific company directives.<\/p>\n

Octagona will be responsible for hiring the resource for a minimum period of 12 months, managing all contractual, contribution, and insurance-related issues. The resource's living expenses will be paid upfront by Octagona and subsequently invoiced to the client.<\/p>\n

MyOffice represents the most modern answer to the needs of business development in foreign markets, compatible with cost control during the start-up phase. It consists of a series of tools and office spaces made continually available: through this service, the company can benefit from a workspace suitable for its collaborator, maintaining control over their work and channeling meetings and materials in the most correct and appropriate way.<\/p>\n

The service includes the provision of the following activities: reception and waiting area, workstations, stationery, reception and management of documentation, selection of main local newspapers and magazines, beverage service, network laser printer, local network connection, Internet connection, telephone line, and fax line. Additionally, the office manager will, along with the assigned Senior Partner, monitor the operations of the resources within the office.<\/p>\n

My Access service can therefore guarantee the company a direct presence in the territory with limited investments, representing the ideal solution for SMEs facing new markets.<\/p>\n
