In 2012, he restructured the group's operations of the São Paulo office in Brazil; in 2015, he opened the Mexican market, with offices still located in Mexico City; and in 2017, he founded and launched the U.S. office in Chicago, personally overseeing all legal and administrative aspects.

Today Antonella is CEO of Consea America, a company offering high-level Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting services. The client portfolio ranges from industrial (automotive, automation, medical, chemical, mining) to consumer goods (FMCG, food & beverage), luxury and design.

Stefano Pacifico | ECA Italy

Partner and Sales Manager of ECA Italy, Stephen boasts More than 20 years of experience in international personnel mobility management. He supports HR Departments in defining strategies and solutions for overseas relocation projects, with expertise ranging from immigration to taxation, from benefits to compensation, working with both multinationals and small and medium-sized companies.

He is the ECA contact person for membership in international networks that ensure the presence of qualified professionals in more than 100 countries.

Federica Chiarello| Bonfiglioli Consulting USA

Law graduate with a background in international law, Federica consolidated her experience first in the legal world and then in business during her residency in the US. She worked for many years with an Italian packaging machinery company where she took a key role in the Process standardization and efficiency, in improving communication channels and optimizing processes between the Italian Headquarters and the U.S. subsidiary. As of 2023, she is the new chief operating officer of Bonfiglioli Consulting USA Inc, the U.S. subsidiary of Bonfiglioli Consulting, an Italian business consulting firm that has specialized in operations for more than 50 years and pioneered the lean method in Italy.

Alexander Fichera
