Tensacciai Srl is an Italian company specializing in the design, production, and installation of Technological and structural systems employed in the construction of large projects, ensuring their safety and durability over time. It operates internationally, offering solutions in over 50 countries and guaranteeing compliance with local regulations and standards required for complex infrastructural projects. Collaboration with Octagona began over a decade ago when, during its development, Tensacciai established an operational presence in India to support some projects in the country.
As of today, Tensacciai has renewed its collaboration with Octagona, entrusting it with the management of an integrative process between Tensa India and DEAL India, a subsidiary of DEAL Srl, a historic Italian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of special machinery used in the construction of bridge and viaduct decks. The idea to integrate the company into Tensa India stems from the desire to offer complete solutions to customers and to strengthen DEAL's presence, fostering its growth with the support of a company with a strong market presence and solid reputation like Tensa India.
The group expressed the need to perform a Full verification of the Indian company's corporate, administrative, and operational situation, in order to define the most effective strategy for the future management of the local presence. Specifically, the project's objectives were:
To address this process, the company has decided to rely on Octagona to carry out a Corporate and operational due diligence in India, accompanied by the definition of the activities necessary for the subsequent closing phase of DEAL India and reorganization within Tensa India.
