The company intends to launch a structured internationalization project in the U.S. market. Following the set goals:

  • Set up directly in the relevant market through a process of corporate establishment on the spot;
  • Manage the settlement process as best as possible;
  • Receive legal, corporate and administrative assistance, including following incorporation;
  • To better manage commercial action in the field, through direct presidium and coordination with third-party organizations (with particular reference to logistical activities in support of North American customers).

Strategy and action

Octagona has guided the entire internationalization project. All activities implemented for the success of the operation are listed below:

  • Analysis and identification of theU.S. state in which to establish the Company;
  • Preparation of all necessary documentation and handling of paperwork for opening the company;
  • Support in opening the current account;
  • Contractual arrangements of local employees thanks to the introduction of a U.S. law firm that can assist the company in the pre- and post-establishment.

The results obtained

Thanks to the support of Octagona:

  • NCS AMERICA INC was properly incorporated in the State of Delaware;
  • The company operates commercially successfully in the U.S. market and is able to serve its North American customers by closing distribution agreements with local counterparts;
