Coveme SpA is engaged in the production and marketing of plastic films and electrical insulators and the processing of polyester films. Coveme is the leading company in the photovoltaic industry. Following are the objectives of the project:

Activate a direct presence in India;
Reinforce its position in a market of enormous potential such as India (to which it already exports);
Consolidate its presence in the entire Asian market;
Better support their clients by offering them constant support through the establishment of the new company;
To best manage the settlement process, receiving operational, legal, corporate and administrative assistance in India, including following incorporation.

Strategy and Action

Octagona, with support from Octagona India, managed the entire process in relation to the Coveme project:

completing all the paperwork necessary;
providing the necessary documentation for the establishment of the company to ensure its full operation;
supporting the opening of the checking account and performing coordination with the bank;
dealing with registration of licenses ;
providing constant operational support;
providing ongoing assistance towards the client company even in the post-establishment stages, through administrative and legal support activities.

Results Obtained

The project was successfully completed and the client company was able to:

Coveme India Engineered Films Pvt. Ltd. has been established in Aurangabad (state of Maharashtra).
Today, the company is followed by Octagona in relation to administrative, legal and corporate activities and Octagona now stands as a real point of reference for COVEME's business in India
