Mojito Design Ltd. is an Italian company that deals with the production of plastic and rubber components Obtained by mono- and bi-injection molding.

The company wants to make the most of its products in the European market and intends to activate an internationalization project. Following are the goals set:.

  • Understand how to do business in the markets of Germany and France;
  • Identify the most appropriate targets for business development in the two markets;
  • To build and develop a process of business growth, generating increase in revenue.

Strategy and action

Octagona, together with their Temporary Export Manager, managed and coordinated the entire internationalization project to make the customer sell in both markets.

Next, all activities implemented for the success of the operation are listed:

  • In-depth assessment of the markets of Germany and France and guidance of the client in defining the best strategy;
  • Support in translation and adaptation of corporate communication(website and corporate brochure);
  • Rresearch and selectionpotential distributors and end customers;
  • Planning and organizing meetings at the Frankfurt Environment Fair with the most interesting counterparts;
  • Action of 5-day accompaniment to Germany,at the above-mentioned fair, and meetings with such counterparts.

The results obtained

  • The client was able to understand closely and in detail the trends and dynamics of the two markets;
  • During the fair, business contacts were initiated with interlocutors from Germany, France and other countries. These contacts could lead to the signing of sales contracts in the near future;
