Strategy and action

Octagona, together with the Octagona India team in New Delhi, performed coordination, planning and supervision in relation to the OP project:

  • providing the necessary documentation for the opening of the company to ensure its full operation;
  • supporting the opening of the checking account by carrying out coordination with the bank;
  • dealing with registration of licenses;
  • carrying out an analysis of the best import solution in India, based on customs barriers;
  • providing constant operational support;
  • continuously assisting the client company even in its post-establishment stages through administrative, legal and corporate support.

The results obtained

The following results were achieved in the course of the project:

  • OP has established its own subsidiary, OP India Private Limited, located in New Delhi;
  • Today OP is followed by Octagona in relation to administrative, legal and corporate activities.
