Fiori Group Spa is an Italian company founded in 1942, headquartered in Finale Emilia (MO), and a world leader in the production and development ofself-loading concrete mixers (SLMs) for concrete, dumpers for the construction industry, and silos.

Objectives:
In order to support Fiori Group in establishing a subsidiary in India, Octagona (through its team of tax, legal, and strategic management experts) provided the necessary support in terms of consulting from a comprehensive perspective covering tax, legal, and business management aspects.
