Strategy and action

Octagona, along with its Temporary Export Manager, has coordinated, planned and supervised the entire project of internationalization on multiple European markets (Czech Rep., Germany, Bulgaria, Romania and Albania).

  • identification of the most suitable European markets;
  • deep assessment of the chosen markets;
  • guiding the client in defining the best strategy;
  • Adaptation of corporate communication (website, product data sheets) for potential foreign customers;
  • research and selection potential distributors and end customers;
  • three-day accompaniment action in the Czech Republic (in Prague and Brno) and meetings with local counterparts.

The results obtained

Thanks to the support of Octagona:

  • The client was able to understand closely and in detail thetrends and dynamics of the identified markets;
  • Business contacts have been initiated with interlocutors in selected markets;
  • The market analysis revealed necessary elements of product adaptation: as a result, the client initiated the design of a new machine for the target markets.
