Michele Bonfiglioli

He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Bologna, a Diploma in Business Administration from Berkeley University, California (USA), and has been a Research Fellow in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Nottingham.Since 2014, he has been Managing Director of Bonfiglioli Consulting, and founder of the Lean Factory School®. He has held senior roles and responsibilities in Confindustria. Author of 3 books and expert on Lean Thinking and Lean World Class® topics particularly in the automotive, industrial goods, electronics and pharmaceutical sectors. He has organized major international benchmarking studies and is recognized as an international speaker on Operational Excellence topics. 

Alexander Fichera 

Graduated from the University of Wales (UK) in European Business Management, postgraduate course in International Marketing at IFOA in Reggio Emilia. From 2000 to 2002 marketing consultant for important Italian organizations such as ISMEA and ISTAT. For the next two years Group Marketing Manager for a major Modena-based metalworking machinery manufacturer, with business development activities in foreign markets. Managing Director of Octagona with extensive expertise in internationalization and specialization in the mechanical, food, fashion and retail sectors. He has hundreds of successful projects on over 40 countries for Italian SMEs to his credit. He is also a trainer for ICE, CIS and other training institutions with a strong international focus. Alessandro has lived in England, Ireland, France and India for many years so much so that Milano Finanza listed him among the 100 most influential people to do business in India.
