Fondirigenti, published new call for SMEs

New call published by Fondirigenti “G.Taliercio. The body promoted by Confindustria and Federmanager, in order to support the development of managerial culture and increase the competitiveness of companies, has in fact published the call for applications NOTICE 1/2013, aimed at the support and competitive and managerial growth of SMEs and encouraging the employment of involuntarily unemployed managers.

The notice brings the experience of the 2012 “SME Project” to full fruition, promoting the contents and modes of intervention of that experiment; on this occasion, the total budget allocated by Fondirigenti amounts to 16 million euros.

The Fondirigenti call is thus intended to incentivize a financing mode that is able to guarantee a range of training interventions for small and medium-sized enterprises and to support them in identifying the training offerings that best meet their needs.

The call is divided into three areas of intervention: strengthening and growth of SMEs, enhancement of managerial skills, and employment support. In relation to the area aimed at SME strengthening and growth, the Training Plans should target the implementation of interventions on the following assets:

• organizational innovation;
• internationalization;
• strategic alliances;
• credit and finance.

The beneficiaries and recipients of the interventions differ according to the areas of intervention. Training plans in the first area and second area of intervention are targeted at managers and co.co.pros of Small and Medium Enterprises (according to the EU definition), with an opening only for the second area to Large Companies up to 20 managers; those in the third area, on the other hand, are targeted at involuntarily unemployed managers.

Companies interested in submitting their Shared Training Plans can do so no later than 1 p.m. on June 28, 2013.
