Incentives for Internationalisation 2025 - Verona Chamber of Commerce

It was approved by the Chamber of Commerce of Verona the new chamber of commerce announcement to foster the start-up and development of international trade.

Who can participate

• Single-member SMEs, duly registered in the Company Register of the Verona Chamber of Commerce.
• Aggregations (minimum 6 enterprises) in the form of enterprise networks, ATI/ATS or consortia with registered office and/or local unit in the province of Verona.
• Companies that have already received the 'Internationalisation 2024' grant (even if not yet disbursed) are not eligible.

Measures and Amounts

Minimum eligible investment: € 5,000 (net of VAT).

The expenses must be documented and incurred between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026:

1. TEM/DEM services: Temporary Export Manager and Digital Export Manager; induction of export managers on a subordinate or collaborative contract.
2. Product Certificationsobtaining or renewing for export and special channels (GDO, etc.).
3. Exhibition Spaceshire, participation fee, set-up, interpretation, hostess, transport and insurance of materials.

Priority Criteria

Measure A (single): increasing order of permitted investment; registration in the Rating of Legality.

Measure B (aggregates): decreasing number of members of the aggregation; increasing order of the investment; registration in the Legality Rating (even of a single company).

2. Period: from 9 a.m. on 9 June 2025 to 4 p.m. on 23 June 2025
3. Documents to be attached:

   - Digitally signed basic model

   - Detailed programme of the initiative

   - Quotations/invoices in the name of the company or lead company

   - In case of aggregation: project agreement or list of participating companies

   - Power of attorney and copy of identity document of representative, if any

4. Mandatory PEC: single, for all subsequent communications
