In fact, the country is a strategic point in the ASEAN area due to its central geographic location and high degree of openness to international trade. In addition, the presence of a skilled workforce, an abundance of natural resources and an infrastructure system that is being upgraded make the Malaysia the optimal destination for production and trade of technologically advanced goods.
Demonstrating this, trade between Italy and Malaysia reached 2.45 billion euros in 2019, while Italian exports to Malaysia increased by 33% between 2015 and 2019 to the current value of 1.27 billion euros.
Despite the advantages offered, Development in the Malaysian market is a delicate step which requires a strategic approach and a deep understanding of business dynamics.
For this Confindustria Trento and Trentino Export, at close collaboration with Octagona, propose Malaysia Day, a day of free individual counseling meetings. The meeting will be held in the mode Online on February 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m, together with partner team Octagona in Malaysia.

Interested companies will then have the opportunity to book a one-hour meeting, for a maximum availability of six consecutive meetings.
