Octagona will teach on internationalization in the Master GES of Ca' Foscari

Also for this year Octagona is confirmed as partner of Ca' Foscari Challenge School. Octagona, which can count on almost fifteen years of experience in the field of business internationalization, has Indeed renewed its commitment to the prestigious School of Venice, dedicated to the delivery and management of university Master's courses. About that, Alessandro Fichera, Senior Partner of Octagona, will carry out the lessons relating to the "Strategic Management" and "Start-up" modules, within the Master GES, dedicated to the countries of the Persian Gulf.

Objective of the Masters, train new professionals capable of operating within companies that are already working or intend to start up internationalization projects in the area in question. This is not a random choice, in fact i Gulf countries they always showed a strong interest in Made in Italy: for example, the United Arab Emirates they represent the main outlet market for Italian exports in the entire MENA Region and Italy ranks seventh overall among the supplier countries of the United Arab Emirates and third among European partners.

In particular, the first module of the Master will offer guidelines on the correct methods to be implemented for the creation of a start-up, giving the participants the opportunity to discuss each other and to work together, for the creation of successful projects; the second will address a series of strategic issues for students who want to get in touch with this area and who want to understand its business methods. Both modules will take place at Venice at the Ca' Foscari headquarters (Palazzo Moro – Cannaregio 2978), on the following dates:

• 13 May (Start-Up);
• 3 June (Start-Up);
• June 4 (Start-Up);
• June 17 (Start-Up);
• June 18 (Start-Up);
• July 8 (Strategic management);
• July 9 (Strategic management).
