Teknofanghi S.r.l is an Italian company founded in 1987, specializing in the design, development and production of sludge dewatering systems for municipal and industrial treatment plants. It is alsoable to provide customized solutions according to different market needs and demands.

The company has a strong international presenceexporting much of its production. The intention is to strengthen its presence in the Indian market and to increase the competitiveness of its product.

Objectives:

  • Establish a company under local law in India;
  • Define, to protect the Italian company, a contractual agreement with the Indian partner;
  • Activate a direct presidium capable,in the first stage, of marketing the company's products and, later, of developing possible local production.

Strategy and action

Octagona, together with the Octagona India team, mainly carried out coordination, planning and supervision of the entire project. Specifically:

  • Preparation of required documentation for the opening of the company;
  • Opening the checking account, coordinating the bank;
  • Continuous on-site support in administrative, legal and corporate matters.
