What is the culture of Enterprise Networks?
Network contracts are a normatively new tool, provided for by Law 33/2009, which establishes the possibility for several companies to jointly carry out one or more economic activities. The events that have changed the international economic landscape, including the crisis and the emergence of new countries in the global context, therefore determine a clear stance by companies, institutions and all those involved in the process of business internationalization. Italian companies must therefore deal with new challenges and new problems, which can only be responded to with new business and production strategies.
Considering the peculiar structure of Italian entrepreneurship, which is characterized by a myriad of SMEs that are unable to penetrate foreign markets on their own, the answer lies in mergers, unions, aggregation, the creation of consortia, in a word, the creation of Enterprise Networks.
Octagona therefore stands as an important player not only to support companies eager to implement a process of internationalization, but also to promote and help increase the “culture” of Business Networks, which must be identified by companies as a necessary tool to meet today's production, commercial, economic and entrepreneurial needs. Octagona intends to raise awareness of Business Networks among the business community by undertaking useful initiatives, including designing seminars to promote business-to-business aggregation.
