• Completing all the paperwork and Preparing the necessary documentation for the opening of the company in India, in order to ensure its full operation;
• opening a checking account implementing a coordinating activity with the bank;
• taking care of registration of licenses;
• providing constant operational support;
• Providing ongoing assistance even in its post-establishment stages, through activities administrative and legal support.

Specifically, the Subsidiary, named Modula Automated Warehouses India Pvt. Ltd, è stata attivata agli inizi di giugno in Bangalore (in the state of Karnataka), which ranks as India's third-largest metropolis in terms of population and a major trade and manufacturing hub in the country.
