Proprio con l’obiettivo di supportare le aziende, We export organized a Advanced Training Course in Export Management, through which it aims to provide the tools and skills needed to specializzarsi nell’Export Management. Il corso è rivolto a tutti coloro che intendono approfondire le tematiche relative ad export ed internazionalizzazione (Export Manager, Responsabili commerciali ed ufficio estero, imprenditori, ecc.), per poter guidare progetti di successo ed aiutare le imprese a vendere all’estero.

The course will be developed in 3 modules dal carattere teorico e pratico e si svolgerà a Naples on October 19, 20 and 21 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

Specifically, Enrico Perego, Senior Partner of Octagona, in collaboration with Bonucchi and Associates, will take care of of the holding of the first module, scheduled for Oct. 19 and dedicated to deepening the ruolo dell’Export Manager and to analyze the Southeast Asian markets (an area in which Octagona has a presence through its own offices and strategic partnerships). Following are the topics that will be covered during the lecture:

• Export manager: role and functions;
• La ricerca di mercato non convenzionale per l’estero e la ricerca di controparti all’estero;
• Low-budget international marketing;
• Web marketing per l’internazionalizzazione;
• Cross culture;
• Business Focus: Southeast Asia.

The cost of participation to the training course, which is limited in number and involves a selection process based on the applications for admission and CVs submitted, is to 750 Euro + VAT. E’ possibile anche partecipare a giornate di formazione singole (250 Euro + IVA).
