Almac Srl strengthens its business in Australia: branch set up in Sydney thanks to Octagona

A country that knows no crisis, considered by many companies to be the dream market. This is the case ofAustralia, whose economy has been growing continuously for 27 years, with an average growth rate which, starting from 1991 until today, is around 3.2%. The economic relations between Italy and Australia are very positive: in 2017, trade almost reached 4.5 billion euros, with a balance clearly in favor of our exports (3.9 billion); however, although Italy is now Australia's eleventh supplier, many of our companies consider it too distant a marketalmost unreachable.

Certainly not among these is Almac Srl, a young and ambitious company from Mantua founded in 2013, specialized in design and construction of compact tracked forklifts. The Lombard company, already present in Australia through a local distribution network, is today a important point of reference for the sector and is going through a phase of expansion: the production plant of 4500 square meters, a turnover of over 10 million Euros, the presence of 32 employees and the strong vocation and openness towards international markets represent the main characteristics of the company.

Almac, indeed with a view to consolidating its position, it has decided to start a company incorporation process: the new branch opened in Sydney, Almac Pacific Pty. Ltd., will aim to directly follow the relationships with its customers, providing them with direct and constant support. The garrison will also allow the Mantuan company to extend its range of action to the Asian continent as well.
