Export and India: between opportunities and BIS certification

India is increasingly becoming a key pillar in the expansion strategies of Italian companies.

Recently, the Indian regulatory framework has undergone an important evolution, with the deletion of Schedule X (OTR), which would have extended large-scale compliance obligations to many product categories. Although the new regulation has been delayed, European companies wishing to enter the Indian market will still need to prepare for these changes.
