Starting internationalization and export activities abroad is becoming increasingly important. In the current economic context, made in Italy exports are going through a decidedly positive phase and the hunger for Italian products is growing in the world: precisely for this reason companies need to sell abroad and to find new formulas to be able to activate an export project.
Among these, the Temporary Export Manager, or a dedicated Manager who works as an external consultant, supports and assists the company in a sales process abroad, and is capable of managing export projects: it is a particularly important resource, Since SMEs do not always have the necessary resources to internationalize and they cannot always count on internal figures capable of managing the entire export process. Octagona, a company that has been operating for about fifteen years in internationalization providing services for the growth of companies abroad, is able to support the growth of companies through it Smart Export Assistant, a tool specifically developed to support SMEs in their sales activities; Octagona, specifically, was also accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development for the provision of Temporary Export Management services within the tender launched by the MISE itself.
With the aim of supporting companies, theICE extension (Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies) has started a very ambitious project, The TEM Academy, by which he means serve companies that want to sell on foreign markets: within this project, six Masters have already been launched contemporary in Bologna, Ancona and Bari – with the aim of training 180 MET, able to assist entrepreneurs in internationalization processes.
About that, the ICE has entrusted to Octagona the teaching module “Business Plan and Management Control", addressed to a target of 20 professionals/managers (with approximately 3 years of experience in consulting or collaborating on company projects), in relation to the Master to be held in Bologna: the lectures will take place on 18 and 19 December and on 8 and 9 January 2016, at the headquarters of Confindustria Emilia Romagna (via Barberia, 13).
