Lombardy Region, voucher for the internationalization of companies

The Lombardy Region has published the new corporate internationalization voucher. The call intends to promote the internationalization processes of Micro Small and Medium-sized enterprises in Lombardy. In this regard, the Lombardy Region is making non-repayable internationalization vouchers available: the interested companies, thanks to the assignment of these vouchers, will thus be able to purchase consultancy services from third parties to support internationalization activities and participate in international missions and fairs abroad.

The total amount allocated by the Lombardy Region amounts to €5,864,000 and the value of the voucher, depending on the type and geographical area of intervention, varies from a minimum of €1,200 to a maximum of €3,000.

There are three different types of vouchers for which you can apply:

• voucher A: for the provision of consultancy services and internationalization support;
• voucher B: for participation in economic missions abroad in a coordinated form;
• voucher C: for participation in international fairs abroad, individually or in aggregate form.

All Lombard companies that fall within the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprise, according to community legislation, which have their registered office and/or operational headquarters in a Lombardy province and which are registered in the Register of Companies of the Lombardy Chamber of Commerce are potentially beneficiaries and can apply for the assignment of vouchers.

Applications for vouchers A can be submitted until 12.00 on 31 January 2014; for vouchers B and C, whose closing date is the same, the second window opened on 22 May, for activities whose start date is 30 June 2013 and 9 October 2013 as their end date.
