Emilia Romagna region, new call for internationalization

Here is the internationalization call of the Emilia Romagna region, which has approved a notice to support the internationalization of SMEs. Through this action, contributions will be provided to incentivize the promotional programs of consortia and consortium companies focused on export and internationalization, made up of small and medium-sized industrial, commercial, and artisanal enterprises. All consortia with a registered office in Emilia Romagna may regularly apply.

The grant from the Emilia-Romagna Region will cover up to 50% of eligible expenses, which must be incurred for promotional projects to be carried out by the end of 2013: the maximum amount available to each consortium will be determined based on the number of member companies, with a maximum grant not exceeding 150,000 euros. The amount will be calculated by multiplying the quota of 10,000 euros by the number of member companies. Consortia may submit their applications by July 1, 2013.

All internationalization programs related to promotional activities and permanent activities of productive, commercial, and technological cooperation abroad by the consortium companies are subject to financing.

Eligible expenses include:

• Trade show participation;
• Promotional expenses;
• Incoming expenses related to hosting foreign operators in Italy;
• Consulting fees;
• Coordination expenses.
