It was recently published by the Apulia Region the call for internationalization aimed at enterprises intent on seeking new business opportunities and expanding their activities abroad. Thanks to a financial envelope of 20 million euros, all companies with registered offices in Puglia, grouped together in clusters of SMEs and artisan enterprises, such as consortia and consortium companies, or which have formed a network contract, will be able to access funds from the region to start an internationalization activity.
The financial facilitation made available by the Apulia Region may not exceed 80% of eligible expenses, and companies will be able to duly apply from the 15th day after publication, which took place on June 13, 2013, and by September 30, 2014.
Interested companies will be able to realize:
Consortia or Enterprise Networks that intend to apply, must provide within them the figure of an internationalization expert, a so-called “Project Manager,” who has already worked in the field for at least five years and is able to manage the international promotion project and support companies throughout the internationalization process. The role of the “Project Manager” will be to carry out consulting activities in relation to studies and analysis of markets and potential foreign partners.
