New initiative by Bonfiglioli Consulting. The Bologna-based company, with which Octagona has established a strategic partnership, is organizing a STUDY TRIP TO JAPAN, from April 22 to 28, 2018, to experience a 360° Lean experience, thanks to a Privileged access to business establishments of the manufacturing and service industries, and with the aim of learning how Lean Management concepts are applied in Japan. Participation is also planned in training workshop with Toyota managers c/o Hirayama Training Center.

The added value of the study trip:
- Preliminary training on lean system principles to standardize participants' knowledge;
- company visits to the manufacturing and service sectors to learn how Lean Management concepts are applied in Japan and how the "Management by Cleaning" strategy is practiced.;
