New initiative by Bonfiglioli Consulting. The Bologna-based company, with which Octagona has established a strategic partnership, is organizing a STUDY TRIP TO JAPAN, from April 22 to 28, 2018, to experience a 360° Lean experience, thanks to a Privileged access to business establishments from the production and services sectors, with the goal of learning how Lean Management concepts are applied in Japan. Participation in also planned for training workshop with Toyota managers c/o Hirayama Training Center.

The added value of the study trip:
- Preliminary training on lean system principles to standardize participants' knowledge;
