Abruzzo region, new call for internationalization of Business Networks

Abruzzo Region publishes internationalization call to support Enterprise Networks. This is an intervention aimed at boosting Abruzzi's economic development and strengthening the local production structure in order to increase its competitiveness against international markets in the face of the new challenges presented by today's economic dynamics.

All Small and Medium Enterprises, with registered or operational headquarters in Abruzzo, which have formed a network contract, will be able to regularly apply to access the funds made available by the Region, which amount to 6 million euros. Specifically, there will be two lines of intervention of this financial endowment:

• Projects concerning the Innovation area, for which 3 million euros are planned;
• Projects concerning the Internationalization area, for which the same amount is provided.

Financial assistance from the region is 50% of eligible expenses and each individual project may not exceed 200,000 euros. Companies can apply by July 31, 2013, and projects must be implemented within eight months from the date of publication of the final ranking list.
