Lombardy Region E-commerce Announcement

BENEFICIARIES: Micro, small or medium enterprise With operational headquarters in Lombardy.

ELIGIBLE PROJECTS:
Le aziende potranno presentare progetti relativi all’apertura e/o al consolidamento di un canale commerciale per l’export dei propri prodotti tramite l’accesso a specialized services for b2b and/or b2c online sales:
forniti da terze parti, che siano retailer, marketplace o servizi di vendita privata, a condizione che la transazione commerciale avvenga tra l’azienda e l’acquirente finale; realizzati all’interno del portale aziendale proprietario.
Al termine delle attività previste, i progetti dovranno aver dimostrato l’avvio dell’attività di vendita online salvo che l’impresa, in fase di descrizione del progetto, sia in grado di dimostrare che la tipologia di prodotti e/o mercato
di riferimento rendano impossibile o non conveniente l’effettuazione delle transazioni commerciali online.
In questo ultimo caso, il portale e-commerce dovrà quanto meno permettere la possibilità di richiedere un preventivo o un ordine di acquisto.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
The following items of expenditure are eligible for support:
a) Access to online sales services On the chosen channels;
b) Analisi di fattibilità of the project, with particular reference to the needs for administrative, organizational, training, logistical adjustment, and acquisition of tools and services;
c) Organization of specific training interventions staff
(up to a maximum limit of 20% of the sum of the remaining expenditure items);
d) Acquisition and use of forms of smart payment;
(e) Implementation of a communication strategy, information and promotion for the digital export channel,
with specific reference to the product portfolio, foreign markets and online sales sites chosen;
f) Design, development and/or maintenance of e-commerce systems owners (sites and/or mobile apps)
including synchronization with marketplace channels provided by third parties;
g) Design, development and/or maintenance of AR Business platforms commerce, ad esempio simulatori 3D olografici che permettano di visualizzare gli ambienti (es. per mostrare la propria azienda: dotazione tecnologica, parco macchine…) servizi, lavorazioni e prodotti (visualizzando i dati tecnici di interesse,
examples of work done, etc.);
h) Support for the positioning dell’offerta sui canali commerciali digitali prescelti verso i mercati esteri selezionati;
(i) Automation delle operazioni di trasferimento, aggiornamento e gestione degli articoli da e verso il web (API – Application Programming Interface);
j) Fitting between the funzionalità operative del canale digitale di vendita chosen and their CRM systems;
k) Trademark protection and/or registration and/or items included in the product portfolio in the chosen target markets;
l) Campagna digital marketing ed attività di promozione on digital channels (up to a maximum limit of 20% of the sum of the remaining expenditure items).

Ogni soggetto richiedente potrà presentare una sola richiesta di contributo.
Expenditures incurred and receipted on or after June 23, 2020, and no later than March 31, 2021, are eligible.
