L’Executive Master, addressed to all those professionals who intend to upgrade and acquire specific skills in merito ai temi dell’internazionalizzazione e che vogliono avviare nuove attività di sviluppo all’estero, è structured in three different phases ed offre un percorso di 412 ore, con la possibilità di approfondire 3 aree geografiche di interesse strategico. L’Executive Master ha annual duration and takes place in Milan, on a biweekly basis.

Specifically:

• the first phase è strutturata in moduli funzionali che permettono di Examine all aspects involved in internationalization processes (l’analisi di mercato, strategie di entrata, la contrattualistica e le questioni fiscali, il piano di marketing, ecc.);
• La second phase è dedicata all’In-depth study of major foreign markets With modules dedicated to the business environment;
• La third phase è dedicata al Project Work, namely the drafting of an international business project.

Anche in quest’occasione, NIBI ha affidato ad Octagona la gestione della docenza relativa all’India.
