The 2025 Internationalization Call for Proposals – BI25 is an initiative of the Emilia Chamber of Commerce that finances SMEs in their expansion into foreign markets. The call offers non-repayable contributions for participation in trade fairs and training. Applications can only be submitted online from June 10 to July 31, 2025.
La Emilia Chamber of Commerce scheduled the Call for Internationalisation 2025 - BI25, aimed at financing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the area in promoting their business channels abroad and developing skills to manage internationalization processes, through non-repayable grants.
Who can participate
The following are eligible for the call MPMI, as defined in Annex I of Reg 651/2014/EU, with registered office and/or business unit enrolled and active at the Business Registry of the Emilia Chamber of Commerce.
Submission of applications
Applications must be submitted exclusively in telematic mode, digitally signed by the legal representative, through the system Restart of Infocamere, with the following operating windows:
Opening: 11:00 a.m. June 10, 2025
Closure: By 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2025
Amount of contribution and type of interventions
Outright grant: coverage of the 50% of eligible expenses, up to a ceiling of € 12,000, as well as a bonus of € 250 For enterprises with legality ratings.
Minimum investment financeable: € 3.000 (net of VAT)
Funding is divided into two areas:
Participation in trade shows
Italy: maximum contribution € 4,000
Foreign: maximum contribution € 6,000
Only one exhibition event is eligible during 2025.
Mentoring and training
Use of TEM, DEM and EXIM Manager: maximum contribution € 10.000.
Eligible expenses
The expenses, incurred between the 01/01/2025 and the 27/02/2026, must be documented and relate to:
Cost of registration, material transportation, insurance
Interpreting/translating and hostess services
For shadowing and training:
Consulting services and provision of services documented by technical report.
The final report must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026.
