Notice of internationalization of the Emilia Romagna region

The Call for applications for the support of SME internationalization 2024-25 offers companies in Emilia-Romagna the opportunity to expand into foreign markets through non-repayable grants. Part of the ERDF Regional Program 2021-2027, the call aims to strengthen the competitiveness of companies by facilitating access to new sales channels, particularly digital ones, and improving their global presence.

The following are eligible to participate in the call

• Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises based in Emilia-Romagna.
• SME aggregations (such as ATIs, ATSs or business networks), all located in the region.

Fundable projects

Projects aiming at the’expansion to up to two foreign markets and making use of consultancy and participation in maximum 4 fairs In the target countries.

Planned contributions

The regional grant will be awarded on a non-repayable basis:

• to the extent of 60% Of the expenses deemed eligible for participants in single form
• to the extent of 70% Of the expenses considered eligible for ATI/ATS and Networks

However, the regional contribution may not exceed:

• the value of € 40.000,00 For single-form participants;
• the value of € 140.000,00 For ATI/ATS and Networks.

The EC Regulation 1407/2013 of December 18, 2013 on aid applies to the contributions under this notice. de minimis.

Modalities of participation

Applications must be submitted via application Sphinx 2020 starting at 12 noon on January 13, 2025, until the hours 4 p.m. Feb. 13, 2025.
The Region, in order to monitor that the need for grant applications does not exceed the ceiling of financial resources allocated for the financing of the investments provided in this call, will proceed to the early closure of the said window upon reaching a number maximum by 400 questions presented.
