Emilia-Romagna Region call opens: don't miss the opportunity to sell abroad!

The current economic context is particularly favorable for "Made in Italy": our exports show important signs of growth and the demand for Italian products in the world increases. This is therefore the most opportune time for companies that want to go abroad!

In this regard, the Emilia-Romagna Region has prepared a very interesting announcement which provides for the allocation of 10 million towards individual companies and company networks that intend to sell in international markets: will be possible to apply from 10 a.m. on March 15, 2016 until 4 p.m. on September 30, 2016.  

Emilia-Romagna Region call: who can apply?

Specifically, the call is aimed at enterprises and networks Having their registered office or business unit in Emilia-Romagna, active for at least two years and with a minimum turnover of 700,000 euros. Specifically, the following will be eligible to apply:

• non-exporting SMEs (i.e., those that have not carried out direct sales of their own products or services abroad in the last two years) or non-regular exporters (those that, over the past two years, have engaged in direct sales of their products or services abroad accounting for less than 10% of their total revenue);
• Non-exporting or non-regular exporting Enterprise Networks.

Emilia-Romagna Region Grant: What is the amount?

The grant will be:

• equal to 50% of the eligible expenditure and up to a maximum of 100,000 Euro, for the individual enterprises;
• always corresponding to the 50% of the expense and with a maximum grantable amount of 400,000 euros, In the case of projects submitted by business networks.

It is specified that this is a open call with scoring, and it will therefore be very important to prepare with due timing in order to Submit the application as soon as possible.
